摘　　要：综述凹凸棒土在土壤和新型肥料方面的应用:凹凸棒土能够增强土壤的保水保肥能力,是理想的土壤改良剂;可以用作肥料黏结剂和造粒添加剂,而且对肥效有缓释作用;可以作为液体肥料的悬浮剂。并指出凹凸棒土使用中的注意事项。凹凸棒土在新型肥料如缓/控释肥等开发方面存在很大的潜在应用价值,值得进行深入的研究开发。The applications of attapulgite in soil and new fertilizer are summarized, including the enhancement to soil water and fertilizer preserving capability as a perfect soil conditioner; improvement to the releasing rate of fertilizer as fertilizer binder and additive; or as suspending agent in liquid fertilizer. Some attentions in the application are presented. Attapulgite is considered prodigious potential applied value in the development of new fertilizer such as slow/controlled-release fertilizer, being worth more research and development.
