摘 要:研究了氟化稀土元素对Cr30-Ni12型双相不锈钢焊条熔敷金属韧性的影响。探讨了作用机理。结果表明,氟化稀土元素对熔敷金属的低温韧性有明显的影响,并且存在一个最佳稀土元素加入量。在最佳稀土元素加入量时,低温韧性好。稀土元素时双相组织形态和铁素体含量无明显影响。稀土元素对熔敷金属的净化作用和夹杂物形态、数量的控制作用是低温韧性改善的主要原因。The effect of rare earth (RE)fluoride on the toughness of deposited metal with duplex stainless steel electrode Cr30-Ni12 has been studied and the mechanism discussed. The results show that there is an apparent effect of RE fluoride on the low temperature toughness of deposited metal. The best low temperature toughness is obtained with the optimum addition of RE fluoride in the covering of electrode. No significant effects of RE fluoride are seen on both the morphology and the quantity of ferrite in A+F duplex microstructures. The main reasons for improvement of low temperature toughness is derived from that the deposited metal is cleaned, the mophology and the amount of inclusions are controlled by RE element respectively.
