摘　　要：从我国北方旱区农业发展的历史背景出发，总结和分析了改革开放以来北方旱区农业综合发展和区域开发取得的主要成就，对面向２１世纪旱区农林牧综合持续发展的前景进行了展望，以便为我国北方旱区持续快速发展和突破性发展的技术选择提供依据。From a point of historical background of dryland farming development in North China, the main achievements obtained in comprehensive developments and regional exploitions in the northern dryland farming since reform and opening to the world have been summarized and analysized. The prospects for the sustainable development of the dryland farming in the 21 century have been pointed out.
