摘　　要：探讨了用聚氨酯与复合材料制成的造纸辊子覆面的冲击损坏以及局部过载的破坏形状,根据损坏形貌特征分析了破坏原因,以及应该注意的事项。This paper discusses the impact failure and partial overloading of the roll surface made of polyurethane and composite material in paper machines, analyzes the reasons in detail accord- ing to the failure morphology and advances points for attention and then puts forward respective maintenance methods.
