摘  要:对籼(或粳)型不育系(A)与粳(或籼)型恢复系(R)和粳型广亲和系(WCV)配制的三交F1进行育性鉴定的结果显示,在三交组合籼A//粳R/粳WCV或籼A//粳WCV/粳R、粳A//籼R/粳WCV或粳A//粳WCV/籼R以及籼A/粳WCV//粳R或粳A/粳WCV//籼R的后代中,均可出现一定比例的正常结实株。表明这类植株已同时结合了广亲和基因和恢复基因,并有效地克服了籼粳交不育与细胞质雄性不育。这意味着将广亲和基因导入恢复系,育成广亲和的粳型(或籼型)恢复系,再与籼型(或粳型)不育系配组;或将广亲和基因导入不育系,育成广亲和的籼型(或粳型)不育系,再与粳型(或籼型)恢复系配组,以利用籼粳亚种间杂种优势的途径是可行的。在配组方式上,除籼A/粳R的方式以外,为有利于解决杂种的生育期超亲和米质等问题,粳A/籼R的配组方式也值得重视。文中还对广亲和基因与恢复基因在不同遗传背景下的表达等问题进行了讨论。Spikelet fertilities of threeparental crosses of indica(or japonica) CMS(A) lines and restoring(R) lines and japonica wide compatibility varieties(WCV) were examined.Plants with normal spikelet fertility were observed with a certain propotions in both indica(or japonica) A line//japonica (or indica) R line/japonica WCV[or indica(or japonica) A line//japonica WCV/japonica(or indica) R line] and indica(or japonica) A line/japonica WCV//japonica(or indica)R line,suggesting that it is possiable to use heterosis between indica and japonica with the breeding of wide compatible R line or A line by introducing the wide compatible gene into the R or A line.As to the crossing pattern,to deel with the later maturity and poor grain quality of the hybrid,the pattern of japonica A line/indica R line is also worth notice as well as the pattern of indica A line/japonica R line.The expressions of wide compatible gene and restoring gene under different genetic background were also discussed.
