摘  要:对携Rht3基因的小麦矮秆系ND29进行了连续5年的整穗发芽鉴定,结果显示,其抗穗发芽性强而稳定。剥粒发芽试验结果表明,ND29的休眠程度较深,ND29/泰山1号的杂种F2群体穗发芽鉴定结果显示,花后50天ND29的抗穗发芽性与其所携Rht3基因密切相关。文章还讨论了ND29在杂种小麦选育中的应用前景。To test the resistance to preharvest sprouting(PS) in the dwarf whitegrained wheat line ND29 carrying the Rht3 gene,its ears were detached at 35 days after flowering,moistened and incubated at room temperature(25-27℃) for 96 h. Then the grains were examined whether sprouted or not.The experiments were conducted in 1992-1996 with cultivars Fengchan 3 (white grained)and Xifeng(red grained) as the PS resistant controls and other 2 white grained cultivars the susceptible controls.ND29 showed a high and stable PS resistance,with an average sprouting rate of 42%,only higher than that of the most resistant cultivar Xifeng.Another series of seed germination tests with ND29 and 2 other white grained cultivars showed that germination percentage of seed from ears of ND29 at 45 days after flowering was the lowest and the percentage increased the slowest with the days of seed on ear,which indicated seed dormancy was deeper in ND29 than in other tested white grained cultivars.The distribution of PS rates in F2 population of ND29/Taishan 1 was discontinuous with 3 peaks,and the dwarf and semidwarf plants had lower PS rates than the tall plants,which suggested the PS resistance in ND29 was partialdominant and was closely related to the Rht3 gene.Therefore,ND29 was a germplasm resistant to PS with mechanisms of both deeper seed dormancy and gibberellin insensitivity.The potential uses of ND29 in hybrid wheat improvement was discussed.
