摘 要:目的比较2D-TOF和3D-CE MRV成像技术对正常脑静脉的显示能力,为神经外科手术的术前影像学检查提供依据。方法20例无颅脑病变的受检者分别行斜冠状位2D-TOF及矢状位3D-CE MRV检查。2种MRV技术的原始图像均行最大信号强度投影处理后,对与神经外科手术入路选择关系十分密切的6根脑静脉的图像质量逐一进行分级比较。结果两种MRV检查方法对大脑内静脉、基底静脉、Galen静脉和大脑中浅静脉均能够良好显示,2种方法差异无显著性;对Trolard静脉显示中,3D-CE MRV优于2D-TOFMRV,主要表现在对静脉起始端的显示上;2D-TOF MRV对Labbé静脉的观察效果最差,不能分辨静脉结构的病例多于3D-CE MRV。结论脑静脉的2D-TOF成像能够满足大多数神经外科手术术前影像学检查的需要。Objective To compare the visualization of cerebral veins between three-dimensional contrast enhanced MR venography (3D-CE MRV) and two-dimensional time of flight magnetic resonance venography (2D-TOF MRV) ,in order to provide a basis for the preoperative venogram of neurosurgical approaches. Methods 20 patients were under gone 2D-TOF MRV and 3D-CE MRV. All data were displayed as maximum intensity projection (MIP) images. The image quality of predefined cerebral veins was graded by two radiologists in consensus as continuous and completely visible, continuous and partly visible, not continuous and vaguely visible, or not visible. Results The superficial middle cerebral veins, internal cerebral veins, basal veins and Galen vein, were visualized equally well with 2D-TOF and 3D-CE MRV. For visualization of Trolard veins and Labbe veins ,especially for their initiating terminal,3D-CE MRV was superior to 2D-TOF. Conclusion 2D-TOF MRV provides enough information for most neurosurgical approaches.
