摘　　要：目的探讨胶原性关节炎(C IA)大鼠滑膜组织β-ar-restin 1和β-arrestin 2的表达及其意义。方法采用W estern blot法检测大鼠在第0、14、21、28、35天不同时间点滑膜组织β-arrestin 1和β-arrestin 2的表达。结果第0、14、21、28、35天β-arrestin 1表达差异无显著性;与0 d未致炎组相比,β-arrestin 2表达从14 d开始上调,在28 d达最大值,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论C IA大鼠滑膜组织β-arres-tin 2表达上调。To study the beta-arrestins expression in the synovium of collagen-induced arthritis （CIA） rats. Methods We investigated beta-arrestins expression in synovial tissue in CIA rats on different days by Western blot and semi-quantification of gray scale. Results There were no significant differences in the expression of beta-arrestin 1 on different days after immunization. However, we found that the expression of beta-arrestin 2 of synovial tissue in CIA rats increased significantly on day 14,21,28,35 compared with that on day 0 after immunization. Conclusion The expression of beta-arrestin 2 of synovial tissue in CIA rats increases apparently.
