芍芪多苷的解热镇痛作用

摘　　要：目的研究芍芪多苷的解热镇痛作用。方法通过大鼠酵母致热法研究芍芪多苷的解热作用;通过小鼠热板法、扭体法和福尔马林法研究芍芪多苷的镇痛作用。结果芍芪多苷21.3 mg/kgig 1h后可显著抑制酵母诱导的发热大鼠体温的上升,21.3、42.5、85 mg/kgig 2h后各组均可显现降低致热大鼠体温的效应;芍芪多苷120mg/kgig在热板实验中可延长小鼠的舔足潜伏期,30、60、120mg/kgig可显著抑制小鼠的扭体反应,60、120 mg/kgig可减少福尔马林实验第2时相小鼠舔咬注射足的时间。结论芍芪多苷对酵母致热大鼠具有解热作用和一定的镇痛作用,具体机制有待进一步研究。To investigate the anfipyrefic and duogan was monitored by dry yeast-induced pyrexia in rats; the analges the acetic acid-induced writhing test, the hot plate test and formalin test in mice. Results Methods The antipyic effect was observed by Shaoqiduogan inhibited the fever induced by yeast in rats during a short moment; shaoqiduogan prolonged the hind paw licking latency on hot-plate and writhing test;reduced the writhing number on acetic acid-induced writhing test;shaoqiduogan inhibi- ted the nociceptive response induced by formalin on the second phase of the formalin test. Conclusion Shaoqid-uogan has antipyretic and analgesic effects ,which is worth further study.
