苏栀消肿膏对急性软组织损伤模型大鼠血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨苏栀消肿膏活血祛瘀的作用机理。方法健康SD大白鼠,造成急性软组织损伤模型,随机等分为空白组、模型组、正红花油药物对照组和苏栀消肿膏药物治疗组,药物组用药2次/d,连续治疗4 d。第5 d处死动物,快速心脏取血,测定血液流变学各项指标。结果苏栀消肿膏、正红花油对大鼠急性软组织损伤模型血液流变学的异常,均有明显治疗作用,但在降低血浆粘度及全血粘度方面苏栀消肿膏优于正红花油。结论苏栀消肿膏能够有效改善急性软组织损伤模型大鼠血液的高浓、粘、聚、凝状态,达到活血祛瘀、消肿止痛的治疗效果。Objective： To investigate the mechanism of Su Zhi detumeseence ointment＇s function of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. Methods： Healthy SD rats were selected to make acute soft tissue injury model. They were randomized into blank group, model group, Zheng Hong Hua oil control group, and Su Zhi detumescence ointment therapeutic group. The groups treated with medicine were given the medicine 2 times daily for continuous 4 days. We killed the rats on the 5th day, took the hearts quickly, and determined the hemorheologic indexes. Results： Su Zhi detumes-cence ointment and Zheng Hong Hua oil both had obvious treating effects on the abnormality of hemorheology of rats with acute soft tissue injury, but on the lowering of plasma viscosity and whole blood viscosity, Su Zhi detumescence ointment was superior to Zheng Hong Hua oil. Conclusion： Su Zhi detumescence ointment can effectively improve the higher concentration, sticky, and clotting blood conditions of rats with acute soft tissue injury, and reach the therapeutic effects of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and subsiding swelling to relieve pain.
