院(系)本科教学工作水平评估方案初探

摘　　要：院(系)是高等学校的基本教学单位,科学地开展院(系)教学工作水平评估,对提高高校教学管理水平和教学质量具有重要意义。本文结合自身实践,在对方案制定的指导思想和原则分析的基础上,构建了院(系)本科教学工作水平评估指标体系,并对评估结论及标准、评估结果处理、评估工作程序、评估中应注意的问题进行了初步探讨。The department is the basic teaching unit of the college. How to develop teaching evaluation of department scientifically has important significance for improving college＇ s teaching management level and teaching quality. This article constructs the evaluation item system on the basis of analysis on the project formulation guiding ideology and principle, discussing evaluation conclusion, standard, result solution, evaluation methods and the question that should be payed attention to in process of evaluation.
