摘　　要：介绍了邯钢连铸低碳钢保护渣的开发工作,与进口保护渣进行了对比分析。通过保护渣的开发及优化工作,确定了适用于邯钢薄板坯低碳钢生产工艺的保护渣理化指标,大幅度降低了连铸生产事故和保护渣的采购成本。Development and optimization of mould powder for low carbon steel casting at Handan CSP Plant was introduced. Compared with the imported powder, the mould powders developed are suitabe for the thin slab casting process of low carbon steel. Production accident and powder consumption cost has been reduced significantly.
