摘 要:用3H-BA+GA3处理枳(Poncirustrifoliata)砧‘清家’脐橙(Citrussinensis)幼果。果实对3H-BA的积累速度以处理后24h内最快。此后,随时间的延长而趋缓。至9月1日,果实内3H放射活性累积量达峰值。之后果实内3H放射活性累积出现负增长。成熟期间,果实内3H放射活性累积量比峰值减少约40%。3H-BA浓度在处理后24h即达0.45μg/gFW,4天后达峰值0.56μg/gFW,然后逐渐降低,成熟期仅为0.005μg/gFW,且此时果肉中检测不到3H-BA残留。11月1日,检测与处理果不同距离处着生的不同时期叶片以及枳砧根系,均未发现3H-BA残留。Young fruits (0.5~0.7cm in diameter) of ‘Seike’ navel orange ( Citrus sinensis ) on trifoliata orange ( Poncirus trifoliata ) were painted with 3H-BA+GA 3. Results showed that 3H -BA accumulation rate in young fruits increased rapidly in 24h after treat ment 3H activity/fruit peaked on Sept. 1. During fruit mature stage, 3H activity/fruit was about 60% of its peak volume. 3H-BA concentration in fruits was 0.45μg/g FW 24h after treatment, and its peak volume was 0.56μg/g FW 4 days after treatment. After the peak, 3H-BA concentration in fruits reduced, and during mature stage, was only 0.005μg/g FW based on the whole fruit. 3H-BA residues were not found in fruit fresh, different age leaves on different distances from treated fruits, and roots of trifoliata orange root stock.
