摘  要:以两个白菜(Brassicacampestris)品种和两个莴苣(Lactucasativa)品种作材料,报道了应用组织培养结合水仙素处理诱导四倍体的结果。研究表明,用含秋水仙素的固体培养基处理带3~4片真叶的再生苗,再从中诱导再生芽的方法效果较好。两个白菜(Brassicacampestris)供试品种莳菜、瓢儿菜和两个莴苣(Lactucasativa)供试品种广东玻璃生菜、山阳一号的最高加倍效率分别达13.33%,6.52%,15.00%和2.94%。各基因型对秋水仙素的敏感性不同,所要求的适宜处理浓度及时间也不同,莳菜以100mg/L处理10~14d为宜,广东玻璃生菜以50mg/L处理10d较好。处理后的再生苗,易同时诱导出二倍体和四倍体再生芽,但未发现倍性嵌合的植株。The results of inducing vegetable tetraploid via tissue culture with treatment of colchicine were reported in the paper. The results showed that the method treating plantlets with 3~4 leaves by the solid media supplemented with colchicine, then inducing shoots from them,was the most effective in all chromosome doubling methods,the efficien-cies of chromosome doubling by the method to 4 donor varieties,Shicai,Piaoercai,Guangdong Bolishengcai and Shanyang No. 1, were 13. 33%, 6. 52 %, 15 %and 2. 94 %, respectively. The sensitivities of different genotypes to colchicine were different,treating for 1O^14 d with 100 mg/L colchicine seem to be appropriate for Shicai,whereas treating for 10 d with 50 mg/L colchicine would be appropriate for Guangdong Bolishengcai. The diploid and tetraploid shoots derived from the plantlets treated were easily induced in the meantime, but the chimera was not found in them.
