摘　　要：通过对高锰钢组合辙叉心轨的铸造工艺的研究,确定采用倾斜浇注、加放冒口和冷铁联合补缩以及改变铸件结构等措施,解决铸件存在的缺陷,产品质量得到了保证。This paper studied foundry technology for middle rail of combined high-manganese steel frog. The defects of castings is eliminated by improving the form of casting, tilting gating system, adding extra riser and chilling densener for reducing shrinkage defects. Its huge benefit is not only for manufacturer but also for society by attracting more customers and making bigger profit.
