摘　　要：用交流示波极谱滴定法测定乳酸环丙沙星含量．以ｐＨ＝４．０的２ｍｏｌ／ＬＨＡｃ－ＮａＡｃ为底液，使乳酸环丙沙星与过量的四苯硼钠作用生成沉淀，过滤后，用硫酸亚铊标准溶液回滴过量的四苯硼钠，由示波极谱图［ｄＥ／ｄｔ＝ｆ（Ｅ）］上四苯硼钠切口的消失指示滴定终点，进而在该溶液中进行空白试验，即可计算乳酸环丙沙星含量．本法终点直观、敏锐，操作简便，应用于注射剂和片剂的测定，均获得满意结果，其平均回收率为１００．０６％，最大相对误差≤０．１７％，与紫外法测得的结果基本吻合．This paper describes the determination of Ciprofioxacin Lactate (CFL) by AC Oscillopolarographic titration.In 2.0 mol/L NaAC HAc buffer solution (pH=4.0),the CFL is precipitated with excess standard sodium tetraphenylborate (Na TPB). After filtering off part of the mixture the excess of TPB in the filtrate is titrated with thallous standard solution. The disappearance of the incision of TPB on d E /d T =f( E )curve is used to indicate the end point of titration. Then in this solution the blank experiment is carried out.This method is simple and rapid and the end point of titration is sensitive. The method has been used for the determination of CFL in the injection and tablets with satisfactory results. The average recovery of samples is 100.06% and the relative error is less than 0.17% which consistent with the measurment by the UV method.
