摘　　要：在全球化的历史进程中,民族伦理文化的发展和创新应体现"以人为本"的核心原则、个人幸福的基本原则和公平正义的有效原则。只有这样,才有可能在全球化的历史进程中,寻找可普遍化的伦理文化价值理念;并且在尊重个体差异性的基础上,形成有利于个体发展的新个性发展理念,从而促使人的全面发展和人类文明的进步。During the process of the globalization, the development and renovation of the national ethics culture should embody the principles of 'human-orientation', individual's well-being and justice, only through this, a universal value conception could be come into being. Based on the respect of individual's differences, a new individuality development view could be formed, therefore, human's full scale development and the progress of human civilization could be promoted.
