摘　　要：根据信息化战争对快速动员的要求,从健全动员体制、完善动员法规、掌握动员潜力、搞好动员储备、强化动员训练、改进动员手段等六个方面提出了需要解决的问题和相应的对策,可促进战争动员工作进一步适应国家安全战略和军事斗争准备的需要。According to the demands of rapid mobilization in the information warfare, six problems to be solved, ranging from completing the systems and perfecting the corresponding laws and rules to having a good command of the potential mobilizing capability, promoting the stroage, reinforcing the training and improving the means for the mobilizing activities, are put forward in the paper, with corresponding measures and counter-measures suggested, which may help the national mobilization against war forward and to meet the requirements of combat readiness.
