杜仲叶中绿原酸类物质的提取研究

摘　　要：该文首先采用Ｅｔ２ＯＥｔＯＨ回流法从产于江西九连山自然保护区的杜仲叶中提取绿原酸类物质，然后用铅盐沉淀、酸化、ＥｔＯＡｃ萃取、重结晶等手段对绿原酸类物质进行纯化，平均得率为０．３１％，取得了预期的结果．:In this paper,we extracted the chlorogenic acids from the leaves of Eucommia Ulmoides coming from the boundaries of Natural Perservation Zone Jiulian Mountain in Jiangxi.At first,we extracted them from the leaves by an ethylethonal solution.Then we purified them by precipitation of lead salt,acidulation,extraction with ethyl acetate,recrystalization,etc.The average yield is 0.31 percent.We have attained the expected results.
