摘　　要：目的:探讨肩胛骨骨折(Scapular fracture,SF)的手术治疗效果。方法:采用切开复位、重建接骨钛板、螺钉内固定治疗SF25例。结果:25例SF患者均获随访,随访时间3～38个月,平均11.5个月,疗效优22例,良3例,无失败病例。全部SF都在12周内达到临床愈合。结论:对不稳定SF采用切开复位、内固定治疗,患者可早期进行功能锻炼,能最大限度的恢复肩关节功能,避免各种并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the operative effects of scapular fractures. Methods： 25 cases of SF were operated on with open reduction and reconstruction plate and lag screws from July 2004 to September 2007.Resuits：All cases were followed up for 3-38 months （mean 11.5 months）with the results of excellen in 22 cases and good in 3 cases, and no failure case. All cases reached to clinical healing in 12 weeks. Conclusions： Open reduction and internal fixation and early rehabilitation can lead to the good function of the shoulder for unstable scapu- lar fractures and to avoiding complications.
