摘　　要：目的:考察复方葛酮浸膏对大小鼠的急性毒性情况,为临床用药提供依据。方法:20只小鼠按200g生药/kg一次性灌胃给药,20只大鼠按100g生药/kg一次灌胃给药,观察动物活动、体重变化及死亡情况。结果:药后14天两类鼠均未见死亡,体重增长,尸检未见异常。结论:复方葛酮浸膏安全性较大。Objective To investigate the effect of acute poison of provide evidence for clinical practice. Methods After pouring 200g/kg compound Getong on young and adult rats, to crude drug to the stomach of the twenty young rats and pouring 100g/kg crude drug to twenty adult rats the reaction, weight and death of the rats were observed and recorded. Results The two types of rats were not found dead after the fourteen days of pouring the drug. And these rats gain normal weight as usual. No unusual results were discovered when these rats were autopsied. Conclusions In regard with the above test, it can be concluded that compound Getong is safe to use.
