摘　　要：脉冲射频是一种新颖的治疗方法,由于它具有效果好、损伤小、并发症少且可以反复使用等优点,因此被广泛应用于慢性疼痛的治疗。但其作用机制目前尚未完全明了,故应对其临床进行广泛的研究。然而因其具有很高的安全性,所以是目前临床医师们很喜爱使用的一种疼痛治疗方法。Pulsed radiofrequency is a novel and attractive treatment in pain management,and is used widely in the world. As it has more advantages than continuous radiofrequency, such as little risk of nerve damages, low complications and side effects and it can be used repeatedly and safely. So the practi-tioners adopt pulsed radiofrequency popularly because it is a quicker, easier procedure. But the mechanism of pulsed radiofrequency is still not known completely. And the double - blind randomized controlled studies in clinic are still insufficient. Therefore more researches on this promising technique are necessary.
