摘 要:本文介绍了两个型号的机载导弹发射装置运动机构摩擦副发生失效的现象。对A型发射装置,进行了大量的验证试验,并对锁制机构进行了理论计算和摩擦副表面扫描电镜观察;对B型发射装置的运动副表面形貌进行了分析,结果表明二者摩擦副均发生了粘着磨损。依据粘着磨损发生的机理,结合实际工况,分析了锁制机构和B型发射装置相关摩擦运动副发生粘着磨损的影响因素。并采取有效措施更换摩擦副对偶材料,在摩擦副表面喷涂固体润滑剂等方法进行了改进。大量的试验验证表明改进措施正确、有效,为今后发射装置摩擦副避免粘着磨损提供了设计和工程应用依据。The failure phenomenon occurring at the friction couples of two types of aircraft-missile launchers is introduced in this paper. A-type launcher is checked by some validation tests. Moreover, the detent framework was calculated theoretically and the friction couples were observed with SEM. The surface of motion couples of the B-type launcher is analyzed. The results show ad- hesion wear occurred at both friction couples. According to the mechanism of adhesion wear and practical situation, the influence factors of adhesion wear at motion couples of the launcher were analyzed with practical situation. Some effective measures have been taken, such as changing the materials of the friction couples and spraying solid anti-friction material. The results of valida- tion tests show that the measures are effective and offer design and application basis for avoiding adhesion wear at friction couples of launchers in future.
