摘　　要：脱发对患者心理及精神的影响越来越受到国内外学者的关注。长久以来，头发作为个体外观重要的组成部分之一，有着重要的社会意义。脱发患者会出现焦虑、抑郁等多种心理精神问题，这种心理上的改变在认知行为模式的作用下，形成一系列社会适应不良性行为。研究亦表明人格差异决定脱发心理影响的易感性。患者的心理将直接影响临床治疗，所以在未来的诊疗过程中，临床医生在治疗脱发的同时，亦需关注其所伴随的心理问题。More and more scholars have paid attention to the psychological and psychiatric impacts of hair loss. Hair is a major component of an individual＇s appearance and provides useful social signals about identity and status. It has been reported that patients with hair loss present with such mental problems as anxiety and depression, which in turn lead to social adjustment disorders mediated by the cognitive-behavioral framework. In addition, the preexisting personality is demonstrated to determine the susceptibility of patients to mental problems. Psychological condition also affects the treatment outcome of hair loss. Therefore, dermatologists need to offer additional treatment for associated psychological disorders in the management of hair loss.
