摘 要:扼要报道苯甲酰丙酮—间氯苯甲酰肼西佛碱及其单氧钒配合物的合成及其性质,并就它们对Na+,K+-ATPase活性的影响作了研究.结果表明,配合物浓度大于0.94μmol/L时,ATPase活性为一定值,配体却表现出促进酶活性的作用;配体一旦与钒生成配合物,酶活性就被抑制,促进作用明显降低,由抑制ATPase活性的动力学曲线还说明在不同浓度的钒配合物存在下,与浓度不同的ATP结合位点均呈非竞争性抑制,而ATP的Km值保持基本不变.The synthesis and properties of nBenzoylacetonemChloro benzoylhydrazone and Its complex with oxovanadium(V) were reported concisely. Its effects on the activity of (Na+,K+)ATPase were studied as well. The results showed that the activity of ATPase was constant at a fixed value when the concentration of the oxovanadium complex was over 0.94 μmol/L, and the ligand showed a promoting effect on enzyme activity. Once the ligand coordinated with oxovanadium to become complex, the activity of (Na+,K+)ATPase was inhibited and the little promoting of ligand remarkably decreased. According to the dynamic curve of (Na+,K+)ATPase activity inhibited by the oxovanadium complex, different concentrations of oxovanadium complex can incompetently inhibit the bound of coresponding concentration ATP with (Na+,K+)ATPase and the affinity constant of enzyme reaction(Km) kept constant. It indicated that the oxovanadium complex has different binding sites with the substrate ATP on (Na+,K+)ATPase
