摘　　要：温度控制模块是差热分析系统的重要部分。本文主要介绍了以ATmega8单片机作为主要元件的温度控制系统,并给出了相关软件的流程图。Temperature control module is a important part of differential thermal analysis system. The main introduction to this text uses ATmega8 single chip as the temperature control system that the main component makes up, and draw out the flow chars of relevant software.
