摘　　要：对内含肽与内含子之间的差异进行了比较,概述了内含肽的种类和自我剪接机制,着重阐述了内含肽在当前各生物技术领域中的应用,分析了其优点和局限性,最后对内含肽的应用方向进行了展望。Comparisons between inteins and introns were reviewed, and the types and self splicing mechanism of inteins were described briefly. The applications of inteins in biotechnology were introduced in detail and the advantages and limitation were analyzed. Finally the new direction for the future application was also suggested.
