武夷慈姑珠芽营养繁殖的生物学研究

摘　　要：对武夷慈姑的珠芽形成动态、珠芽萌发和幼苗生长特性进行了初步研究．结果表明：武夷慈姑的珠芽于６月底开始形成，至１１月初成熟，成熟珠芽在植物生物量中所占比例较大，珠芽数目与植株大小有关，珠芽适宜于土表和水面萌发，其幼苗的定植需在水深小于１０ｃｍ处．This paper dealt with the formation and germination traits of bulbils, and the effect of water levels on the seedling growth in Sagittaria wuyiensis .The results showed that the number of bulbils is related to the plant biomass ,and the biomass allocated to mature bulbils is greater than other organs when bulbils matured in November. The result that seedlings prefer low water level can explain the distribution of the plant population.
