棉铃虫血淋巴凝集素的性质研究

摘　　要：棉铃虫（Ｈｅｌｉｏｔｈｉｓａｒｍｉｇｅｒａ）血淋巴对人的Ａ、Ｂ、Ｏ型红细胞有同等的凝集活性，对兔、小白鼠、豚鼠、蟾蜍、鲫鱼、鸡红细胞有不同的凝集活性，对山羊红细胞无凝集活性．其凝集活性能被Ｄ－半乳糖明显地抑制．对Ｃａ２＋无依赖性．７０℃处理１５ｍｉｎ凝集活性趋于零．棉铃虫核型多角体病毒的诱导使其活性明显增加．化蛹早期及蛹期凝集活性下降．血淋巴凝集素通过盐析、凝胶过滤和纤维素层析得到分离．它在ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ中表现为单一带，为糖蛋白，分子量为７．０８×１０４．其蛋白质含量为９８．７４％，糖含量为１．２６％．The lectin from the hemolymph of Heliothis armigera Larvae was found to have the same activity to agglutinate the red blood cells of human type A,B and O.lt could agglutinate the red blood cells of rabbit, rat,toads, Cavia cobayas, chockens and fish respectively but could not agglutine the red blood cells of sheep.This activity was inhibited distinctly by D galactose and was independent of Ca 2+ .When the hemolymph was heated at 70℃ for 15 min,its aggluginating activity almost disappeared.The activity was greatly increased by the induction of HaNPV. The lectin was isolated by (NH 4) 2SO 4 Salting out,SephadeX G 100 gel filtration and DEAE cellulose ion exchange column chromatograph.The lectin obtained clearly in one band in SDS PAGE.The molecular weight of the lectin was 7.08×10 4.It was of glucopretein.It contains 98.74% protein and 1.26% carbohydrate.
