摘  要:目的:探讨计算机辅助心电图分析系统对健康成人QTd的重复性研究。方法:研究对象为健康成人215例,对所有受试者均进行12导联同步心电图记录,并采用计算机辅助测量加不同人工进行校正及单纯计算机自动测量方法得出受试者的3组QTd、QT、Tpe复极参数,对数据进行重复性分析及统计。结果:不同测量者之间QTd、QT、Tpe的相对误差分别为(20.75±14.41)%,(1.47±1.92)%,(6.69±8.88)%;人工测量与计算机测量之间QTd、QT、Tpe的相对误差分别为(36.54±17.52)%,(2.38±3.90)%,(6.15±5.94)%;3参数间相对误差存在统计学显著差异;对不同测量者之间的重复性和人工测量与计算机测量之间的重复性进行显著性差异比较,发现两者在QTd之间存在极为显著差异(P<0.001);两者在QT之间存在显著差异(P<0.01);两者在Tpe之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:计算机自动测量所得的QTd其重复性差,如与人工干预相结合能提高其重复性。Objective:To study the reproducibility of QTd on computer analysis system plus human approval in. Methods:The subjects were 215 healthy adults. All subjects were recorded 12 leads of ECG simultaneously. The studying parameters QTd, QT, Tpe parameters were firstly resulted by an automated computer system, then corrected manually by two individual researchers with the help of a computer interface. The reproducibility of the data was calculated. Results: The relative error of QTd, QT, Tpe between two researchers were (20.75 ±14.41)%, (1.47 ±1.92) %, (6.69± 8.88)% respectively; the relative error of QTd, QT, Tpe between automated computer system and manual participation were (36. 54 ±17. 52)%, (2. 38±3.90)%, (6.15 ±5.94) % respectively. There was a significant difference in QTd and QT between results completely produced by the computer and that by computer with artificial participation, and between results produced by two individual researchers. However, there is no significant difference in Tpe. Conclusion: The reproducibility of QTd and QT produced by the automatic computer analysis system is poor. Using computer aided system with the manual intervention can improve the reproducibility of QTd and QT.
