斯特林制冷系数的传热温差敏感性研究

摘  要:基于斯特林理想制冷循环,对斯特林制冷机冷热端的传热温差进行无量纲化,分析了传热温差对斯特林制冷系数的影响关系。结果表明传热温差增大制冷系数降低,冷端传热温差对制冷系数的影响较大,在中温区(120—220K),传热温差对制冷系数的影响相对较小。因此斯特林制冷机在中温区具有应用优势。Based Stirling ideal refrigeration cycle, the heat transfer temperature differences in the cold end and heat end of Stirling cooler were dealt with dimensionless method. The influence relations of the heat transfer temperature differences to refrigeration coefficient were detailedly analyzed. The analysis results indicated the refrigeration coefficient would decrease with heat transfer temperature differences increasing, and heat transfer temperature difference of cold end affects refrigeration coefficient much more. The heat transfer temperature differences affect refrigeration coefficient relative less in intermediate temperature area (120K - 220K), So Stirling coolers have some application advantages in intermediate temperature area.
