制度供给与行为选择的背离——珠江三角洲地区农民工利益表达行为的实证分析

摘　　要：本文通过实证分析发现,在我国现阶段,工薪问题仍然是农民工利益的核心问题。农民工在表达和维护自己的利益时,对基于地缘关系、友情关系形成的非正式表达途径具有较高的认同度和效能感,而对正式利益表达途径缺乏认同和效能感;农民工利益表达行为的理性倾向同政治社会化程度呈负相关关系,农民工利益表达行为基本上游离于正式制度供给之外或者具有游离于正式制度之外的倾向。总之,农民工利益表达的行为选择同现有利益表达的制度供给之间存在明显的背离。对此,本文提出了新的理论解释,并提出了解决这一问题的理论性建议。At present, salary still remains the core issue of the benefits of peasants-turned-workers. However, when these workers try to assert their own benefits, they tend to rely on the support of relatives and friends rather than appeal to institutional channels. In other words, their demand of interests is deviated from institutional supply. This paper attempts to explain why such a situation should have happened and what the solution might be.
