摘　　要：在强调网络信息资源利用效率研究必要性的前提下,就网络信息资源利用效率研究的内涵进行具体分析,认为网络信息资源利用效率的衡量主要取决于网络信息系统利用率和网络信息利用效能比两个核心层面,并以此为基础提出网络信息资源利用效率研究的基础模型,以期为今后网络信息资源建设实践及其利用效率研究建立一个基本框架。After emphasizing the indispensability of making scientific researches on the efficiency of using network information resource, the paper analyzes its connotations concretely, then figures out that the scale of the efficiency of using network information resource lies both on the frequency of using network information system and the proportion of network information utility. Base on that, a basic model of research on the efficiency of using network information resource is established to present a foundational frame for the future research and practice of the construction of network information resource.
