摘 要:采用石英砂负载纳米TiO2薄膜,在3种不同的光源下对印染废水进行光催化处理。选取光照时间、印染废水pH值、初始CODCr值和H2O2(30%)投加量4个因素分别进行平行实验,以CODCr和色度的去除率为评价指标,确定了各个因素的最佳值。实验结果表明,光源和光强对印染废水的光催化降解效率有很大影响,印染废水在自然光下CODCr最高去除率为10.2%,而在低压和高压紫外光时去除率相近,最高可达43.4%;但CODCr去除率相近时,低压紫外光的光照时间为4 h,高压紫外光仅为40 min。高压紫外光下进行动态实验,实验结果表明,40 min时CODCr去除率达到77.3%,此值远远大于静态实验的CODCr去除率。Photocatalytic degradation of actual dying wastewater had been studied by using the nanometersized TiO2/quartz sand films in three different light sources. The parallel experiment selected the time of illumination, pH, initial CODCr and volume of H2O2 ( 30% ) respectively to get optimal value of every factor, which based on the removal of CODCr and chrominance. The result showed:the source and intensity of light had the great influence on the efficiency of photocatalytic degradation. The highest removal of CODCr was 10.2% in natural light,but 45.4% in low and high-vohaged UV rays. With the close removal of CODCr, the time of illumination was 4 h and 40 min respectively. The dynamic experiment was in highvoltaged UV rays. The result showed:removal of CODCr reached 77.3% ,which was much bigger than the static.
