摘　　要：针对当前全球经济环境下专利侵权风险的加大和侵权检索需求的增长,介绍专利侵权检索的含义、类型和必要性。以专利侵权判定、专利权无效、专利申请的授权条件等法规为基础,对专利侵权检索与分析报告的目的、检索要点和要求、检索范围与策略、检索结果、分析结论等项进行研究概括,从而建立专利侵权检索与分析报告的内容规范,有利于未来专利检索工作的规范和统一。In the globalized economic environment, the risks of infringing patents in effect become even non-neglectable, which boosts the requests of companies for Patent Infringement Search （PIS） services. The definition, classification and necessity of PIS are introduced hereby. Based on principals of determination on patent infringement, patent invalidity, and the essential conditions for granting a patent, the authors make a research on report criterion for PIS, including those items like search purposes, search claims, search scope and strategies, results and conclusions of the report. The establishment of report criterion for PIS will be beneficial for standardizing patent retrieval practices and services in future.
