后发企业技术能力生成与演进分析——以中国华录·松下公司DVD视盘机产业发展为例

摘　　要：在文献回顾和中国华录·松下公司案例分析基础上,得出后发企业技术能力生成与提高的成功经验:即科学依循技术能力体系的内在演变规律,注重产业链与技术链协同发展,在研发策略、研发人员及资金保障等方面构架有效的自主研发保障体系。On the basis of the references and case studied, some availability factors for development of technological capabilities are presented. First, the rules for Evolution of Catch-up enterprise＇s technological capability system should be followed. Second, the realization of catch-up strategy should depend on the synergistic development of industry chain and technology chain; At last, indemnificatory system including R＆D strategy, fund and personnel should be founded.
