摘 要:系统研究了甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)与聚丙烯(PP)的固相接枝反应,探讨了反应温度、引发剂浓度、单体浓度和反应时间等因素对接枝反应的影响。采用红外光谱表征了PP-g-GMA,并用WAXD、结晶速率仪等研究了接枝物的结晶性能。结果表明,在BPO引发下,于100~140°C范围内,GMA和PP可进行固相接枝反应,接枝率最高可达6%。接枝物阻碍了PPβ晶型的生成,结晶速率随接枝率的增加先升后降。The solid phase grafting reaction for glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) onto polypropylene (PP) was studied in detail, and the influences of various factors, such as reaction temperature, concentration of monomer, concentration of initiator and reaction time, on grafting reaction were also investigated. PP g GMA was characterized with FTIR, its cry stalline properties were studied by WAXD, crystallographic apparatus. The results show that in the initiation of BPO the solid phase grafting reaction of GMA onto PP takes place at temperature from 100 to 140°C. The maxium degree of grafting achieved is about 6%. Reduced β crystal growing of PP is observed for graft copolymer. The speed of crystallization of the graft copolymer decreases initially and then increases with an increase in degree of grafting.
