知识资本对高技术企业发展能力的贡献--来自我国高技术上市公司的证据

摘　　要：对高技术企业发展能力问题进行研究不仅可以促进高技术企业自身的健康发展,而且有助于提升综合国力竞争力。以2000-2006年在上海证券交易所和深圳证券交易所交易的111家高技术上市公司为研究对象,构建面板数据模型,对知识资本与高技术企业发展能力之间的关系进行实证分析。研究发现,知识资本对高技术企业的发展能力有积极的贡献,而物质资本对高技术企业发展能力的贡献不明显。因此,高技术企业要谋求发展,应注重知识资本这一"质"的积累、增值和实现,通过各种途径增加企业的人力资本和结构资本。Investigation the issue of high tech enterprises＇ development ability can not only impel healthy development of high tech enterprises but enhance competitiveness of comprehensive national power. In order to analyze the relationship between intellectual capital and high and 111 high tech companies listed on S tech enterp hanghai and rises＇ development ability, two panel data models are proposed Shenzhen Stock Exchange are selected as investigation samples As the research result, intellectual capital contributes positively to high tech enterprises＇ development ability. The contribution of capital employed to high teeh enterprises＇ development ability is not distinct. Therefore, high teeh enterprises should focus on the increment of intellectual capital quality by increasing human capital and structural capital.
