摘　　要：给出霍尔传感器在数控等离子切割机高低调节器上的一种特殊应用,并介绍硬件单元电路结构、信号走向、各种控制方法和机械定位原理以及等离子高低调节器整体设备的基本工作原理和实际应用,给出了实际应用中调试方法及注意事项。A special application on Hall sensor in NC plasma cutting machine high-low adjuster is given, and the unit circuit structure of the high-low adjustor,signal voltage flow path,various control method ,mechanical positioning principle,whole equipment elementary operation principle on Plasma high-low adjustor,matters needing attention and debugging method in practical application are described in detail in the paper.
