摘　　要：本文论述:科学能力是人类在科学劳动过程形成的特殊能力,属于生产力范畴。它是一个国家与民族科学技术发展水平的重要标志。教育改革的目标要培养创新型人才,就是要具有科学能力。In the paper it is stated that scientific ability is a special ability formed in the process of human being＇s scientific working. It is within the scope of productive force and it marks the level of a country＇ s or a nation＇s scientific development. The aim of education reform is to cultivate creative personnel who have scientific ability.
