摘　　要：对247例取性胆管结石内镜综合治疗的护理进行总结,综合病例特点及相关资料,加强术前准备,对病人进行心理辅导。术后密切观察病情,预防并发症,促进病人康复。We summarized the nursing care experience in 247 patients with calculus of bile duct treated by endoscope whose stones were difficult to be removed. We reinforced the preoperative preparation combined with the characteristic of cases and the correlated informations. To give the psycho guidance for the patients. To pay close attention to the patient＇s condition after the operation.Toprevent the complication and to promote the patients recover, from illness.
