尿毒清颗粒配合爱希特灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨尿毒清颗粒配合爱希特治疗轻—中度慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选择慢性慢功能衰竭60例,随机分为对照组及治疗组两组,每组各30例,两组进行显效、有效、无效比较。结果:治疗组,显效率30%、有效率47%、无效23%,对照组、显效率10%、有效33%、无效率37%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)结论:尿毒清颗粒口服配合爱希特灌肠联合应用方法[2],治疗慢性肾衰疗效明显。Objective： Jo investigat the chincal. Effect in treatment of Light or moderate type of chronic renal fuilure of the grdins of lvial Du Qing and the tables of Ai Xi Te. Methods： To select sixty cascs of the Chronic renal failure patients We randomly divided into two groups： treated group （ η -30）, control group （ η =30） to compare the significantly effective of effetive of ineffective.Results： The treatment group： thesignificantly effective rate were 30%, effective rate were 47%, ineffective vate were 23%. Thecontrol group：singnificantiy effective rate were 10%, effective rate were 33% ineffective rate were 57%, The singnificantly superior of the tolal effective rate of the treatment group than thet control group.（p〈0.01） Conclusion： The methods to trect the chronic renal failure using the grains of Ivia Du Qing and the tables of Ai Xi Te were singnificantly effective therapy.
