摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是引起育龄妇女不孕的主要原因,但其确切病因机制目前尚不清楚。近年来,对卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡的研究取得了很大的进展,故颗粒细胞凋亡在多囊卵巢综合征发病中的作用逐渐引起人们的重视。本文就多囊卵巢综合征与卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡的关系作一综述。Polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） is one of the main reasons of infertility.The mechanism of polycystic ovarian syndrome is unknown as yet.Recently,the research for apoptosis of ovary granulosa cells has made a great progress.Especially,apoptosis of granalosa cells in PCOS is realized by more and more people.This article has reviewed the relationship between polycystic ovary syndrome and apoptosis of ovary granulosa cells.
