摘　　要：目的:探讨膀胱肿瘤的超声诊断及鉴别诊断。方法:对28例膀胱肿瘤患者进行超声检查,观察分析瘤体的二维图像、内部与周边血流特点,并将诊断结果与病理结果对照分析。结果:根据膀胱肿瘤二维声像图所见,结合手术探查和肿瘤病理检查结果,膀胱肿瘤声像图可分为四期,且存在一定的规律。结论:超声对膀胱肿瘤有较高的诊断价值,综合分析二维及彩色多普勒声像图特点,可提高膀胱肿瘤诊断的准确率。Objectlve：To discuss bladder tumor ultrasound diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Methods：To carry out the ultrasound inspection to 28 example bladder tumor patients, and observe the lump body＇s two-dimensional acoustic image chart, interior and peripheral blood stream characteristic,diagnosis result and pathology comparison.Results：According to the bladder neoplasm two-dimensional acoustic image chart,the union surgery investigation and the tumor pathology check result,the bladder neoplasm acoustic image chart was divided into four issues, and had certain rule.Conclusion：The ultrasound has high diagnosis value to the bladder neoplasm, generalized analysis two-dimensional and colored doppler acoustic image tuteur spot, may enhance the accuracy rate of bladder neoplasm diagnosis.
