摘　　要：本文主要针对目前在JJG564-2002《重力式自动装料衡器》执行过程中,对于置零准确度的判定准则中出现的多种有争议的判据,结合OIML R61(1996版)与(2004版)原文内容的理解分析与实例,提出了自己对OIML R61置零准确度判定准则的看法。期待在以后OIML R61与中国规程、标准的修订中予以澄清。abstract： This article bases on several disputed criterion about zero-setting accuracy determination rule which are in progress of JJG564-2002 ＂automatic gravimetric filling instrument＂, and unifies OIML R61 （1996 editions） and （2004 editions） original text content understanding analysis and example, the writer proposes his view to OIML R61 zero-setting accuracy determination rule, and anticipates to clarify in later OIML R61 and the Chinese regulations, standard revision.
