痰热清注射液灌洗治疗老年社区获得性肺炎30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察痰热清注射液支气管肺泡灌洗治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将60例老年社区获得性肺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。两组均给予抗感染、祛痰止咳等对症治疗,在此基础上治疗组另加痰热清注射液支气管肺泡灌洗治疗3次。结果治疗组在发热消退、咳嗽咯痰消失、肺部X线片炎症吸收所需时间方面,均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的显效率(83.3%)、总有效率(96.6%)均优于对照组的显效率(60.0%)和总有效率(80.0%,P<0.01),且未见明显副作用。结论痰热清注射液支气管肺泡灌洗治疗老年社区获得性肺炎安全有效,为临床提供了治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的新方法,可以推广应用。Objective To observe the effect and safety of bronchoalveolar lavage with Tanreqing Injection to treat aged patients with community acquired pneumonia. Methods 60 aged patients with community acquired pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Two groups received eliminating phlegm and relieving cough medications as well as antibiotics. In addition, the treatment group was given bronchoalveolar lavage with Tanreqing Injection for three times. Results There were differences in the disappearance of fever, cough, expectoration, and pulmonary inflammation absorption on chest X ray between two groups （P〈0.05） . The excellent rate（83.3%） and the total effective rate （96.6%）in the treatment group were significantly higher than those of control one（60.0% and 80.0%,P〈0.01）. There were few side effects in the treatment group. Conclusion Bronchoalveolar lavage with Tanreqing Injection is effective and safe in the treatment of aged patients with community acquired pneumonia. It offers a new alternative of treatment for community acquired pneumonia and should be widely used.
