国产自动洗片机及其技术参数在基层医院中的合理应用

摘　　要：目的探讨国产虎丘HQ-320XT型X线自动洗片过程各主要参数的合理设置。材料与方法对1500张已投照感光的X线胶片分A、B、C三组,将分成显影温度、显影时间、显影液补充量、定影液补充量及烘干温度三组进行不同的技术参数条件下进行冲片处理,结果显影温度30℃,显影时间30S,显影液补充量90ml/m2,定影液补充量100ml/m2,烘干温度50℃,照片影像的各项综合指标最佳,且无卡片现象。结论合理的洗片技术参数的设置在保证照片影像质量的同时,又能节省时间及套药,中小型基层医院实用。Objective To find out a reasonable setting of the main parameters for the domestic-made Huqiu HQ- 320XT automatic X-ray film disposal machine. Methods 1500 sensitized films were divided into three groups： A, B and C. They were developed under different technical parameter conditions： developing temperature, developing time, the quantity of developer, the quantity of fixative and drying temperature. Results The comprehensive indices of films were best when the developing temperature was 30℃, developing time was 30s, the quantity of developer was 90ml/kg, the quantity of fixative was 100ml/kg and drying temperature was 50℃. At the same time, no film was blocked in the process of developing. Conclusion The reasonable setting of the technical parameters will guarantee the quality of film and save time and suit liquid as well.
