产前系统超声检查在胎儿畸形诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨胎儿畸形的声像图改变及产前系统超声筛查的价值。方法回顾性分析产前超声诊断的胎儿畸形66例,并与分娩或引产结果进行对比。结果经分娩与引产证实,超声检出胎儿畸形62例,诊断符合率为93.94%;误诊1例(1.52%),漏诊3例(4.54%),误、漏诊率为6.06%。结论产前系统超声筛查胎儿畸形简便易行,对降低我国出生人口缺陷具有重要价值。Objective To evaluate the value of the systematic ultrasonic screening and sonogram changes for fetus abnormity. Methods The retrospective analysis of 66 cases of fetus abnormity before accouchement was done. The results were compared with accouchement or artificial labor. Results 62 cases of fetus abnormity were detected by ultrasonic examination. One case （1, 52%）was misdiagnosed and 3 cases （4.54%） was missed diagnosis confirmed by accouchement or artificial labor. The confidence rate of ultrasonic diagnosis was 93.94%. Conclusion The systematic ultrasonic examination for fetus is simple and convenient. Its application will contribute to cut down the rate of population defection in our country.
