摘　　要：大学生职业生涯规划教育是一个新兴的热门问题。作为医学高等院校,应根据医学生的专业特点,从医学生的具体实际出发,进行相应的职业生涯规划教育。在实施职业生涯规划教育时应遵循共性与个性相结合、阶段性与持续性相结合、以学生为主体的原则,努力从强化医学生职业生涯意识、明确医学院校的学生校园成长各阶段的规划任务及目标、加强职业生涯指导教师队伍建设和培养、充分发挥家庭与社会,学校与个人合力作用等方面开展工作。The career plan for college students is a newly booming topic. A medical university ought to carry out that work according to the features and realities of medical students. These principles should be the following： combining universality and individuality, combining stage and continuity, students being the mainstay. Great importance should be attached to career consciousness; plan task and objective of various stages on campus should be identified; teachers for career plan education should be cultivated; and household, society, university and individuals should play their roles to full extent as well.
