摘  要:在改进现有霜表面水蒸气过饱和度计算公式的基础上,建立了翅片管换热器结霜过饱和模型,计算出了4个随时间变化的参数:结霜量、能量传递系数、霜层密度和厚度.实验数据表明,该模型能够有效地预测翅片管换热器结霜过程中的传热和传质现象.The water vapor at frost surface is found to be supersaturated. This paper improved the equation of calculating the water vapor supersaturation degree at frost surface, and described a numerical model which uses supersaturated water vapor at the frost surface to predict the frost growth for finned-tube heat exchangers. The mass of frost accumulated on the heat exchanger surface, the overall energy transfer coefficient, frost density and thickness were calculated. The supersaturation model was compared to the experimental data, and it was found that this model shows good ability to predict the frost growth for finnedtube heat exchangers.
